ACDC Portal 4.0.3

ACDC Portal 4.0.3 is a focused maintenance release that resolves two issues reported by customers since 4.0.2. Project documentation uploads now complete reliably. Previously, some uploads failed with a "400 Bad Request" error, which stopped developers and council staff from adding or replacing documents against a project. Uploaded documents are now stored against the correct project and can be downloaded straight away.

The release also fixes user administration in the Admin Portal. When administrators created or edited a user, the selected Organization and Office weren't always kept, and the Office could revert to Open Spatial after saving. Selections are now saved on the first attempt, so administrators no longer need repeated saves to get the right assignment. This keeps user records accurate and makes sure consultants appear under the correct organization and office across the Portal.
